Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Website Ranking Checker ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Axeman Technology Solutions LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of Website Ranking Checker.

2. Description of Service

Website Ranking Checker is a free keyword rank tracking tool for Keywords Everywhere users. The Service uses data from Google Search Console to track keyword positions, generate SEO opportunity reports, and send position change alerts. The Service also enriches keyword data with search volume, CPC, and competition metrics from the Keywords Everywhere API.

3. Account and Authentication

To use the Service, you must:

• Have a valid Keywords Everywhere API key (any plan, including free)
• Keep your API key secure and not share it with others
• Provide accurate information during account setup

Each Keywords Everywhere user may have one Website Ranking Checker account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at privacy@websiterankingchecker.com.

4. Google Search Console Integration

Connecting your Google Search Console account is optional but required for the rank tracking features to function. When you connect Google Search Console:

• You grant us read-only access to your Search Console data using the webmasters.readonly OAuth scope
• We can view your search analytics data but cannot modify any settings or data in your Search Console account
• You can disconnect Google Search Console at any time from the Settings page
• Disconnecting immediately deletes your stored OAuth tokens and stops all data fetching

Our use of Google Search Console data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Keywords Everywhere Credits

The Service uses the Keywords Everywhere API to fetch search volume, CPC, and competition data for your tracked keywords. This may consume Keywords Everywhere API credits from your account. Credit usage depends on the number of keywords you track and how frequently metrics are refreshed.

We are not responsible for Keywords Everywhere API credit consumption beyond your plan allocation. You are responsible for monitoring your own credit balance through your Keywords Everywhere account.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. If we make material changes that affect your use, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

We reserve the right to change the following at any time and at our sole discretion:

• Pricing and plans: The Service is currently offered free to Keywords Everywhere users. We may introduce paid plans, change existing plan tiers, or modify the pricing structure in the future.
• Usage limits: We may change the limits associated with any plan tier, including but not limited to the number of tracked keywords, countries, data retention periods, API usage, and report access.
• Features and functionality: We may add, modify, or remove features from any plan tier.

If we introduce pricing for features that were previously free, or make changes to plan limits that materially reduce what your current plan provides, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

Data freshness depends on Google Search Console's data availability, which typically has a 2-3 day delay. We do not control when Google makes data available.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Axeman Technology Solutions LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership of your Google Search Console data, your tracked keywords, or any other data you provide to the Service. We only use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Specifically:

• Position data reflects what Google Search Console reports and may differ from what you see in other SEO tools that use different data collection methods
• We do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your search rankings
• SEO opportunity reports are informational and should not be treated as guaranteed strategies for ranking improvement
• Historical data accuracy depends on the completeness of Google Search Console data

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axeman Technology Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim (currently zero, as the Service is free).

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also:

• Disconnect Google Search Console from the Settings page
• Remove individual tracked keywords from the Keywords page
• Request full account deletion by contacting privacy@websiterankingchecker.com

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your Keywords Everywhere API key becomes invalid, or if we reasonably believe your use may harm the Service or other users.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
